AssalamuAlaikum Dear Brothers and Sisters
As was announced last Friday, MAH is holding its mid-term General Body Meeting on February 14th, 2010 after Dhuhr Prayer at its Hamilton Mountain Mosque. In this meeting, the Board of Directors will Insha’Allah discuss progress and future plans with MAH’s general membership.
Income-tax receipts are in the making and will be mailed out soon. However, many Brothers and Sisters did not provide the Treasurer of MAH with their contact information, so please kindly take a close look at the list currently posted on the Bulletin Board to make sure your phone number and address are included; otherwise, please add this information in front of your name. For those who cannot come to the Masjid, please call Brother Saleem Khan (289 237 4899) and give him the required information ASAP.

For voting members, fees are $50.00 per person and $10.00 for each dependent student over 16 years of age. The list of voting members will be posted next week Insha’Allah. If you are a voting member, please make certain that your name is included on the list; otherwise, please contact any of the Brothers mentioned above.
